Accuracy of Content
We strive to ensure all website content is accurate, including product descriptions and prices at the time of publishing. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no significant errors in the product descriptions or pricing. Please note:
- Packaging may differ from images shown.
- Weights, dimensions, and capacities are approximate.
- While we endeavor to display product colors accurately, variations may occur due to monitor settings.
Order Acceptance
Order acceptance begins when we send a confirmation email, followed by a phone call to verify order details.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Order
If you provide an email address, we will confirm receipt of your order promptly via email. Your order is officially accepted upon dispatch of the product(s).
Delays
We aim to deliver orders promptly; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. While we take every measure to prevent delays, we are not liable for them.
Order Placement
- International Customers: Payments can be made via bank transfer. Orders are held for 36 hours after receiving a confirmation email or call with payment details. If payment is made after 36 hours, product availability must be reconfirmed.
- Product Availability: If any item in your order is out of stock after the hold period, you may select an alternative product of the same value. We are not responsible for delays caused by stock unavailability.
- Order Cancellation: If we do not receive confirmation within the hold period, the order may be canceled without prior notice. International orders are processed only after payment is received.
Domestic Customers
Customers in Pakistan can place orders online with the option to confirm payment upon delivery.
