Exchange & Return Policy
1. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed to be eligible for exchange within 5 days of purchase with the original receipt and tags.
2. Discounted items and clearance sales are final; no exchanges, refunds, or claims are allowed.
3. Items purchased at full price but later marked down will only be exchanged at the discounted price.
4. All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.
5. Refunds will be issued 3 days after the product is returned in its original condition.
6. Always check the care label inside garments.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately for assistance.
⦁ Shipping costs will be waived if:
⦁ The item was damaged upon delivery.
⦁ An incorrect item was sent.
⦁ For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
Baby Cuddle reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

⦁ Payment issues.
⦁ Inaccurate delivery information.
⦁ No response to confirmation calls.
